超簡單微波爐鱈魚 Microwave Codfish


This secret recipe comes from my roommate. Although she has left to LA, she still can teach me how to cook it through MSN.
As usual, I post this recipe in case I forget how to do it in the future, and also share this recipe to ppl who are as lazy as me.

1. 切個一把蔥跟蒜頭,然後一些薑絲
2. 將上述材料放在盤中到一點點油用保鮮膜封好用微波爐爆香一分鐘
3. 將costco買回來的冷凍鱈魚放進剛剛的碗中
4. 倒一包李謹記蒸魚醬油在用保鮮膜封好微波3~4分鐘
5. done!

It tastes just like the one u had in restaurant. Quite amazing, isn't it?
Oh btw, i stole this pic from eslewhere, the one i cooked is much more ugly than this. I definitely want to post a pic of what i cooked here, but i was too hungry that i totally fogot to take a picture.

哇!
你的看起來比我做的好吃多了,改天分享一下你的食譜吧,我還有很多需要改進的地方,老實說我昨天醬加錯了,蒸魚醬油拿成蠔油,只好硬著頭皮吃完,不過味道還挺特別的說...hahaha
